Jer’s photography education includes attending both Penn State University (1993-1994) and Harrisburg Area Community College (1995-1996).  While attending HACC,  she served as an intern for local Harrisburg Photography Studios. For the next 15 years she specialized in wedding photography. In her professional career she has had the pleasure of photographing Governor Edward Rendell in a wedding posing with the bride and the Joe Paterno family (Scott & Heather’s wedding).
