We strive to have all of the arrangements for your event in place one month in advance of the wedding date. Typically, we schedule an initial meeting to discuss your ideas for the event in general and to answer any questions you may have about the planning process. After this meeting, we will schedule appointments as needed. Approximately six months prior to the date of the wedding, we will schedule a menu tasting that will assist you in selecting your final menu for your wedding day.
